The 1500 sq. ft. highly praised Flume Cottage is, quite literally, on the ocean and is located adjacent to the Samoset's fifteenth fairway. It can accommodate up to six people, with a king bedded master bedroom and private bath, a guest room with queen bed and private bath and a queen sofa bed in the living room. The Flume Cottage offers a spacious open dining room, full kitchen, gas fireplace and a large deck with a gas grill, hot tub and seating.
