sq. ft. highly praised Flume Cottage is, quite literally, on the
ocean and is located adjacent to the Samoset's fifteenth fairway. It
can accommodate up to six people, with a king bedded master bedroom
and private bath, a guest room with queen bed and private bath and a
queen sofa bed in the living room. The Flume Cottage offers a
spacious open dining room, full kitchen, gas fireplace and a large
deck with a gas grill, hot tub and seating. Enjoy the naturally
cooling ocean breezes of Penobscot Bay as air conditioning is not
